La Chamade Pizzeria

Project Description

I am redesigning the website of an Italian pizzeria on the French Riviera to enhance its usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience. The new website will streamline online ordering, improve information clarity, and make reservations effortless for both local and international customers.

The Problem Statement

Customers struggle to navigate the current website due to language barriers and unclear information about allergens, gluten-free options, and the ordering process. These usability issues lead to frustration, incomplete orders, and missed reservations, ultimately affecting the restaurant’s revenue and reputation.

The Project Goal

The goal of this project is to create a user-friendly, multilingual website that improves online ordering, simplifies reservations, and clearly communicates essential information about the restaurant’s offerings. By enhancing the user experience, the project aims to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

I was the sole designer and researcher for this project, responsible for all aspects of UX and UI design as part of my personal portfolio.
